A Smartphone you own and have proper consent to monitor running one of the following operating systems:

Android OS 1.5 - 4.4.3
BlackBerry OS - 4.2 - 7.1
iPhone OS 3.1.3 - 7.1.2
Windows Mobile 6.0 - 6.5
Symbian OS 9.x

Internet Connection Requirements
Carrier which allows the use of GPRS (almost every carrier)
The inserted SIM card's account must have Internet access enabled.

Installing Mobile Spy

Now that you have registered your account, it's time to install Mobile Spy onto the phone that you own and intend to monitor. The steps for installation vary depending on which operating system your smartphone is running. To find the steps for your phone, simply click your operating system from the list below.

Not sure which version operating system you have?
On Windows Mobile devices, go to: Start > Settings > About.
On Symbian OS devices, go to: Menu > Applications/Tools > About.
On iPhone / iPad devices, go to: Settings > General > About.
On BlackBerry devices, go to: Settings > Options > About.
On Android devices, go to: Settings > About Phone.
