The phone you will receive will be a brand new unit. We only open the box to install the necessary components and Mobile Spy itself onto the phone. We also setup your account for you and test it to make sure its working correctly. We then fully charge the battery and rush the device to you in its original box.

REQUIREMENTS
You must have an active account with any major cell phone carrier. If you intend to replace a current cell phone, then your current cell phone will have a SIM under the battery which should be placed in the new device. If this will be a new cell phone number you should sign up for a monthly plan with any carrier. They will give you a SIM card for your account.

The SIM card is the thin rectangular card underneath the battery. It tells a phone which cellular account and phone number to use.

Internet access must be active on your cellular account so Mobile Spy can upload logs. Your cell phone carrier can enable the access for your account if you don't already have it. Once the Internet is enabled, you can open the spyphone box and start monitoring immediately. Your teen will love their brand new phone while you'll be able to make sure they are safe.

ABOUT SHIPPING
We ship the phone with insurance directly to your door via United States Postal Service with Delivery Confirmation. After ordering you can expect delivery in about 5 to 7 days for USA customers, or 1 to 2 weeks for customers outside the USA. Each phone comes with easy instructions to help you start monitoring in less than a few minutes.

PAYMENT AND RETURN POLICIES
We only accept payments for spyphones via PayPal. We are a verified PayPal Business Retailer. All sales are final unless the phone arrives damaged. Unauthorized returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
