When looking at the images below in consideration of having a smartphone that will be compatible with the Mobile Spy software, please be aware that compatibility means not only the Make / Model of the phone, but also the Firmware / Operating System Version that is running on the phone. All compatible operating system versions are listed below in their appropriate sections.

IPHONE NOTICE: All iPhones MUST be jailbroken prior to installing Mobile Spy. You cannot download or install Mobile Spy if the iPhone is not jailbroken. Please see the Additional Requirements about jailbreaking.

VERIZON NOTICE: If your carrier is Verizon, you MUST currently subscribe to their GPS services so that the GPS tracking feature of Mobile Spy will function properly. If you do not subscribe to their GPS services, Mobile Spy will NOT be able to monitor the GPS locations of the monitored device.

BlackBerry Devices

Additional Requirements The phone must have an Internet connection so the Mobile Spy software can upload logs to your account. No computer is needed to install the Android software. AT&T NOTICE: If your carrier is AT&T, it is a possibility that AT&T may have restricted the device from downloading and installing third-party applications, such as Mobile Spy. It is recommended to check with your carrier first to determine if this limitation is on your device prior to purchasing the Mobile Spy software.

iPhone Devices

Symbian OS Devices

Mobile Spy is now compatible with Symbian devices running OS versions up to 9.4. The Symbian phone must have an Internet-enabled carrier so the software can upload logs to your account.

Mobile Spy is NOT compatible with the Symbian^3 OS version at this time.

Compatible Carriers and Recommendations

Any carrier, whether it is domestic or international, is compatible as long as they offer unrestricted GPRS Internet Access. Your cell phone account must have a data plan or the Internet option so the software can upload logs to your account. Here are just a few of compatible service carriers:
